The Granary Estates is an exclusive barn wedding venue set within the picturesque countryside of Woodditton, Newmarket. This carefully restored 18th-century barn is home to an award-winning luxury wedding and events venue, complete with surrounding corn fields, fully equipped accommodation, and a team of dedicated wedding planners on hand.

The venue consists of two original barns linked by an open glass walkway and a beautiful courtyard garden.

Those looking to stay the night will love the beautifully furnished cottages boasting countryside views and a special getting-ready space.

Celebrate in style
The Granary Barn is the larger of the two spaces, boasting tall ceilings, timber beams, original flint walls and endless styling opportunities. It can accommodate up to 175 guests and can be turned around to host your wedding breakfast and evening reception after the ceremony.

Alternatively, the Flint Barn is the smaller of the two, similarly equipped with original timber beams and flint walls but complete with some additional rustic charm. It can hold 88 friends and family and is perfect for more intimate celebrations.

After the ceremony, lead your guests through the open glass walkway and into the private courtyard for drinks and canapés. Or for a winter reception, enjoy the cosy confines of the barn with underfloor heating and the option of relaxing on a selection of styled, soft seating. While your guests are mingling, take some time to explore the grounds with your
photographer and soak in the moment as a couple. The cornfields and vintage swing are a must-visit, especially during the golden hour.
