Launching from June until September, the Picnic & Pamper Spa Day at the Spa at Bedford Lodge, Suffolk, is the ideal afternoon treat this summer. The spa day includes full use of the heat experiences, including the hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, rooftop hot tub, a luxurious afternoon tea for two and the choice of a Mud Rasul Treatment or Dry Floatation.
