The next step is to make an appointment at a time that suits you to visit either Tracy or Zoe for a viewing of our venue. They will be pleased to meet you to discuss your own ideas for your day and give you a tour of the hotel, showing you where your special day will start and walk you through how the day will flow. They will also show you as many of our beautiful, bedrooms that are available to give you a taste of their individuality and quality.
Then it’s time for a relaxing cup of coffee in our lounge so you can take a look at photo albums of weddings that have taken place here to give you an idea of photograph opportunities and how the rooms will look.
We are a firm believer that no two weddings are the same and we approach each wedding with this in mind and will listen to your personal ideas.
Tracy and Zoe can then discuss the different options available for you, which includes the possibility of taking over Hintlesham Hall exclusively for you and your wedding party – a great way of celebrating your special day with all 32 bedrooms on hand for your guests to stay the night. No waiting around for taxis!
Following your viewing, we will send you an initial estimate to give you a rough idea of your personal wedding costings. Our wedding packages are simply a guideline and we can also tailor a personalised package for you. We know here at Hintlesham Hall how important it is to keep to your budget. Something as simple as changing your date by one day can make all the difference!
Now for the exciting part! Time to book your day. Tracy or Zoe will get your date booked for you and send full confirmation of everything discussed. They are there for you whenever you have a question, either over the phone, email or face to face. They will arrange a planning meeting with you about three months before your wedding date to run through all the finer details of your wedding, where you can also have a menu tasting to choose the perfect meal for your wedding breakfast. Our Chef will also have a chat with you afterwards to finalise the menu.
We also have a fantastic network of suppliers at our fingertips who have all had many years’ experience in the wedding industry and all know Hintlesham Hall well.
When you big day finally arrives, our friendly, experienced staff are on hand all day to ensure that your wedding day goes exactly as you planned. Your individual event manager will also be here to welcome you and ensure that all of your personalised wedding plans are put into place.
